WEIS2025 does not prepare workshop hotels but recommends hotels in Shibuya or Shinjuku. Some of such hotels can be found at the following websites:

Early booking of your accommodation is recommended.

Both from Shibuya station (of Keio Inokashira Line) and from Shinjuku station (of Odakyu Line), you can use direct trains to the stations near the workshop venue, and your trip to the venue in the morning is in a direction opposite to rushing commuters' traffic. Shibuya is easier in terms of the walking route from the nearby station to the venue.

Since morning road traffic is difficult, we do not have a plan of operating buses to the venue in the morning. On the second day (June 24), buses will take the participants from the workshop venue to the workshop dinner at Tensai located on the first floor of Shinjuku Washington Hotel. After the workshop dinner, buses to Shibuya will be available.
